Hey, I’m Kayla!

Im a New Jersey / New York City based actor. I graduated from the New York Film Academy with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts. I am an actor who loves character-driven shows — from emotional, grounded teen dramas like Euphoria and Tell Me Lies to fun, quirky comedies like Abbott Elementary, Insecure, and New Girl. I bring a natural, expressive energy that fits both heartfelt, dramatic roles and light, comedic moments. I’m excited by anything that lets me dive into real emotion, real humor, and real stories.

What am I doing now?

Outside of acting, I work at Beth Melsky Casting in Midtown NYC, where I’m gaining real experience and learning the casting process from the inside. I’m also part of the hospitality industry as a bartender, a role that keeps me social, sharp, and connected to people in a fast-paced, welcoming environment. On the side, I braid hair — something I’ve always loved and a creative skill that lets me work hands-on with beauty and detail.

On my days off, you’ll usually find me running, at the gym, or staying active in ways that help me feel centered and balanced while I continue grow and learn in my acting career.
